What More is the to Say? How about, The Urban Shop has been trading online since 1999 (that's a long time), we have never messed we bricks and mortar, the High Street and High Street fashion has never been our thing. The initial dream way back in the summer of 1999 was to set up a men's clothing shop online offering styles of clothing that you may struggle to get in your locality, whilst at the same time offer unique styles form emerging design companies. We wanted to couple all that with the latest technology, and security and to this day we are still doing the same. Over the years we have seen clothing brands come and go with have seen Internet shopping sites come and go, we've even seen search engines come and go, back in 99 nobody had heard of Google, but TheUrbanShop has always remained (we did have a name change due to legal reasons). Personally I've been with TheUrbanShop since 1999 and am now the owner but since I started TheUrbanShop has become my baby it was me that introduced the idea of Free shipping worldwide on all orders way back then, being upfront about pricing not adding unseen pricing elements at the checkout which would bump up prices. I also introduced the No Quibble Guarantee in fact we worked closely with consumer magazine "Which" to get that right we wanted to be a little more liberal with our terms but "Which" said we couldn't use terms like reasonable amount of time for returns and had to start a number of days. The one things we do here is look forward both with designs we are buying in, technology and the Internet, music and generally wants happening within our market, which is what has kept us on top for so many years and made us into a veritable encyclopaedia of the Internet, Google, streetwear, urban cloting, hip hop, surf and skate.
